Hi Bundle, I Just finished it. The girls are super-cute. I do love how all upper-crust English girls seem to have have hilarious nicknames. Bundle is great.

I'm afraid my crush on Mr Cade only intensified through the book.

I really didn't pick the murderer at all, I think AC did a good job of smoke-screening that one. Mind you, I was a bit in a tizz with all of the people pretending to be other people and who was whom by the end of it!

Now, onto Seven Dials...I'll been interested to see what I think if Tommy-A doesn't hink it's as good. I do like to read them all in order.

You'll enjoy The Seven Dials too, 3rd Girl. I love Chimneys but I like Seven Dials better. And if you love Anthony Cade,  you'll love Jimmy Theiser too!

I wonder if they ever make an adaptation of it who would they get to play Anthony Cade? It would have to be someone extremely good looking.

Hmmm, let me get my casting agents hat on...they would have to be British actors...Johnny Lee Miller and Jonathon Rhys Meyers fit the good looking and correct age bracket and they have a rogueish charm that is needed as well.

The only US actor I can think of is Matt Damon. I've not seen much of his work but I did see him interviewed on Tv and he is very cheeky and charming. It would just depend on his ability to be British.

Since you'd be playing the role of Bundle, Bundle, what do you think??

And just so we don't get off topic, I'm reading the Poirot short story 'The Yellow Iris' this morning as it was just re-run on TV last night and I wanted to see bow faithful the adaptaion was.

Hey 3rd Girl. What if I start a topic for The Secret of Chimneys? Then we wouldn't be off topic :)

Afew weeks ago I saw an Actor on Midsomer Murders called Jamie Belman, he would be good as Anthony Cade or as I said on another Topic it would be good if James Warwick hads a son who was an Actor, I can think of someone else but have to find out his name.

Let's do that...so we can discuss the Chimneys books and be casting agents for the tv series. ;-) I am loving them!
