Samuel Labarthe

Swiss born actor Samuel Labarthe is known for his roles in The Divorce, Strayed, La Forêt, and for his role as Commissaire Laurence in Les Petits Meurtres d’Agatha Christie. Commissaire Laurence is an unrivalled and admired superintendent, passionate about deconstructing a murder and understanding its mechanics. He has absolutely no compassion for humanity. He thinks that man is naturally evil, and nothing surprises him. Only the human brain intrigues him. He comes into regular conflict with journalist Alice Avril, the source of much amusement for viewers.
